We are bioengineers that are working on bridging gaps between biology and engineering. Our research focus has three major directions:

1. Inventing new genomics technologies, including multi-omic single-cell assays, metagenomics analysis platforms, and computational analyses for single-cell data
2. Developing clinical genomics-based diagnostics for severe systemic and infectious diseases
3. Developing microfluidics organoid culture platforms for tissue engineering and disease modeling
